A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- On which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, where you ordered one or more goods in one order and they were delivered together.
- On which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, where you ordered multiple goods in one order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 30 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged additional fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until:
- We have received the returned goods, or
- You have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods if this decrease in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer.
- For the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
- For the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed when the contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations.
- For the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:
- For the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
- For the supply of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods.
- For the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been broken after delivery.
