What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two stages:
1. Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, the order is checked, approved and packed. The package is then prepared for transport.
2. Delivery Time
Ireland: 5–10 business days.
Shipping is handled by An Post or another relevant courier partner where necessary.
All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes protection in case of theft, loss or damage to the package where applicable.
Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked through the tracking page on our website. To do this, click “Track Your Order” in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, an order may be sent in multiple separate shipments.
My tracking number does not work
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
